transportation of dry bulk cargoes, today announced the publication
of its first Annual Sustainability Report (“Report”), for the year
2018, developed in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative
Standards (Core Option).

The scope of the Report covers all aspects of
the Company’s sustainable operations including corporate
governance, operational excellence, and the ways in which it
measures and manages its impact on the environment, its people and
society. The Report describes the Company’s strategy and
priorities, provides extensive information about the Company’s
activities towards sustainable development, and communicates the
actions taken for accomplishing the Company’s goals. Highlighting
and reporting on the material issues as these have been identified
by the Company’s stakeholders including employees, investors,
customers, banks and suppliers, the Report demonstrates the
Company’s commitment to becoming the global leader in sustainable
dry bulk shipping.

Star Bulk is a global shipping company providing
worldwide seaborne transportation solutions in the dry bulk sector.
Star Bulk’s vessels transport major bulks, which include iron ore,
coal and grain, and minor bulks, which include bauxite, fertilizers

Islands on December 13, 2006 and maintains executive offices in

and 19 Supramax vessels with carrying capacities between 52,055 dwt
