Events
On July
21, 2020, the Board of Directors of Southern Missouri Bancorp, Inc.
(the “Company”) declared its 105th consecutive quarterly dividend on
common stock since the inception of the Company. The dividend of
$0.15 per common share will be payable August 31, 2020, to
stockholders of record at the close of business on August 14,
2020.
In
other matters, the Company expects to release its preliminary
operating results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020, on July 27,
2020, and expects to host a conference call to discuss the release
on July 28, 2020, at 3:30 p.m., central time. The call will be available live to interested
parties by calling 1-888-339-0709 in the United States (Canada:
1-855-669-9657, international: 1-412-902-4189). Participants should
ask to be joined into the Southern Missouri Bancorp (SMBC) call.
