Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

 

On March 31, 2020, Mark E. Pearson resigned, for personal reasons, as a member of the Board of Directors of Soligenix, Inc. (the “Company”), as well as all committees thereof. There were no disagreements between Mr. Pearson and the Company, including with respect to any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices, that resulted in Mr. Pearson’s resignation.
