Explanation of Responses:
(1)  On June 30, 2020, Lei Nie, the Reporting Person's husband who is also the Company's employee, was granted 200,000 shares of common stock, vested immediately. The grant was made under the Company's 2014 Equity Incentive Plan.
(2)  On July 7, 2020, the Company effected a 1-for-5 reverse stock split of the Company's issued and outstanding shares of common stock. With the reverse stock split, the number of shares held by the Reporting Person would change from 395,000 to 79,000.
