(2)	771 Restricted Stock Units vest on May 1, 2020; 772 Restricted Stock Units vest on July 01, 2020; 772 Restricted Stock Units vest on October 01, 2020 and 772 Restricted Stock Units vest on January 4, 2021. SFNC shares will be delivered within 30 days of vesting. Events such as retirement, death, disability and other specified events in the agreement may result in earlier vesting.
(3)	The Restricted Stock Unit vested on May 1, 2020. Shares will be delivered within 30 days of vesting.
