Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 15, 2019,
Christopher R. Kirkland, a director of Simmons First National Corporation (“Corporation”), notified the Corporation’s
board of directors (“Board”) of his decision to resign from the Board, effective December 31, 2019. Mr. Kirkland’s
resignation was to pursue other interests and did not result from a disagreement with the Corporation.
