Shareholders on June 8, 2020 at 14:00 (Israel time), at the
Registrant’s offices at 14 Atir Yeda Street, Kfar Sava 4464323,
Israel (the “Meeting”).

with the Meeting, on or about May 5, 2020, the Registrant will mail
to shareholders the Notice of Annual General Meeting, Proxy
