Explanation of Responses:

These shares were previously reported as directly beneficially owned, but on December 11, 2018, the reporting person contributed such shares to Oak Tree Archway LLC ("Archway"), then a wholly owned subsidiary of the reporting person, for no consideration in connection with an internal reorganization. On January 2, 2019, the reporting person contributed its interests in Archway to the reporting person's parent company, Oak Tree Holdings LLC, also for no consideration in connection with an internal reorganization. As a result, the reporting person no longer directly or indirectly beneficially owns these shares.
