Other Events

On August 17, 2021, Schnitzer Steel Industries, Inc. issued a press release regarding production at the company’s Cascade Steel Rolling Mills and the company’s agreement to purchase the assets of Columbus Recycling. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99 to this report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
