New Modules for Salary.com SkillsManager
Launched
Salary.com today launched two new modules for Salary.com
SkillsManager™. These new modules build upon Salary.com
SkillsManager's competency-based approach to skill assessment and
skill gap analysis by adding succession planning and performance
management. Both applications are only available as add-on modules
to Salary.com SkillsManager.
The Salary.com SkillsManager Succession Planning module allows
users to carry out system-wide searches for best-fit candidates and
compare their competencies, resumes, roles and experience.
Organizations can quickly spot areas of weakness and reduce the
operational and strategic risks associated with key people leaving
as well as recognizing employees who should be developed and
nurtured for the future. The Salary.com SkillsManager Performance
Management module allows organizations to measure objectives,
values and competencies. The result is a solution that helps
organizations align employees to functional and business strategy
and prioritize their key areas of performance according to business
need.
New Features Unveiled in TalentManager
TalentManager® is easier to use for administrators and employees
alike with recently-introduced new features. Users will find a
smoother, more intuitive experience working within the product's
compensation planning, performance management and succession
modules, and other new features that make administering
TalentManager easier.
New Job Models Now Available for Energy, Home
Health and IT
Salary.com has added 100 Industry Job Models to its growing job
model and competency library of more than 1,600 job models and
1,300 functional competencies, which provide data and structure for
typical jobs at all levels of an organization. Industry Job Models
will enable HR professionals to create job descriptions and
competencies easily and power their talent management systems.
