Results of Operations and Financial Condition .

 

On February 13, 2019, Rush Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter ended December 31, 2018 and for the full year 2018 (the “Earnings Press Release”). A copy of the Earnings Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Regulation FD Disclosure .

 

The Earnings Press Release also announced that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share of Class A and Class B Common Stock, to be paid on March 15, 2019, to all shareholders of record as of February 25, 2019.
