On May 13, 2022, Qualigen Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2022. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
