Item 8.01. Other Events

On May 7, 2020, the Board of Directors of Professional Diversity Network, Inc. (the “Company”) resolved to hold the Company’s 2020 annual shareholder meeting on June 25, 2020, and ‎the Board further resolved to fix May 11, 2020 as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to vote at the 2020 annual shareholder meeting. ‎
