Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On September 12, 2018, PolarityTE, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release titled “PolarityTE, Inc. Reports Financial Results and Corporate Update for Quarter End July 31, 2018,” reporting unaudited condensed consolidated balance sheet information as of July 31, 2018, and unaudited condensed consolidated results of operations and cash flows information for the three-month and nine-month periods ended July 31, 2018. A copy of the press release is furnished as an exhibit to this report.
