Item 5.02  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Effective May 31, 2019, Stanley E. Washington resigned as the Chief Revenue Officer and President Healthcare Division of Nxt-ID, Inc. (the “Company”). Going forward, Mr. Washington will act as a consultant for the Company.
