The following constitutes Amendment No. 1 to the Schedule 13D filed by the undersigned ("Amendment No. 1"). This Amendment No. 1 amends the Schedule 13D as specifically set forth herein. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined in this Amendment No. 1 have the meanings set forth in the Schedule 13D. This Amendment No. 1 amends Items 4 and 5(a)-(b) and (e) as set forth below. This is the final amendment to the Schedule 13D and constitutes an "exit filing" for the Reporting Persons.

Item 4.	PURPOSE OF TRANSACTION

Item 4 of the Schedule 13D is hereby amended and supplemented as follows:

	It is presently intended that up to 5,134,581 Shares held by Spring NM will be distributed to certain of its non-affiliated members in a pro rata distribution (for no consideration). Such Shares will continue to be subject to the existing lock-up restrictions applicable to those Shares until they expire on December 1, 2020. The remaining 13,827,443 Shares reported herein will continue to be subject to lock-up restrictions through April 30, 2021.

Item 5.	INTEREST IN SECURITIES OF THE ISSUER

Items 5(a)-(b) and (e) of the Schedule 13D are hereby amended and supplemented as follows:

(a)	See rows (11) and (13) of the cover pages to this Schedule 13D/A for the aggregate number of Shares and percentages of the Shares beneficially owned by each Reporting Person. The percentages used in this Schedule 13D/A are calculated based upon 384,087,674 Shares outstanding as of November 5, 2020 as reported in the Issuer's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2020 filed by the Issuer with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on November 9, 2020.

(b)	See rows (7) through (10) of the cover pages to this Schedule 13D/A for the number of Shares as to which each Reporting Person has the sole or shared power to vote or direct the vote and sole or shared power to dispose or to direct the disposition.
