The Times Square Alliance, co-producers of New Year's Eve in Times Square, is an organization that works to improve and promote Times Square by cultivating its creativity, energy and edge, and has made the area an icon of entertainment, culture and urban life for over a century. The Times Square Alliance will visit the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York City's Times Square.

In honor of the occasion Tim Tompkins, President, will ring the Opening Bell.
