Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On January 31, 2019, Monro, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter-ended December 29, 2018. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Voluntary Disclosure of Other Events

The Company also announced that it had signed definitive agreements to acquire twelve retail locations in Louisiana and completed two previously announced acquisitions, one in Ohio and one in Florida, adding a total of 18 stores. Both acquisitions fill-in existing markets. Further details of these acquisitions are contained in the press release furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
