Explanation of Responses:
(1)  Restricted Share Units ("RSUs"). Upon vesting, the Reporting Person is entitled to receive one (1) Ordinary Share for each one (1) RSU.
(2)  The RSUs will vest at a rate of one-fourth (1/4th) of the original number of ordinary shares on May 1, 2020, and the remaining thereafter at a rate of one-sixteenth (1/16th) of the original number of shares on the first day of each quarterly period of August, November, February and May commencing on August 1, 2020, with the last one-sixteenth (1/16th) of the original number of shares vesting on May 1, 2023, so long as the Reporting Person continues to provide services to the Issuer.
(3)  Includes 36,993 unvested RSUs. Upon vesting thereof, the Reporting Person is entitled to receive one (1) Ordinary Share for each one (1) RSU.
