Regulation FD Disclosure. |
On November 24, 2020, Kandi Technologies Group, Inc., a Delaware
corporation issued a press release announcing the closing of its
previously announced registered direct offering with certain
institutional investors to purchase a total of approximately $100
million of its common stock and warrants to purchase common stock
on November 23, 2020. The full text of the press release is
attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
