Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 16, 2019, Gulfport Energy Corporation (the “Company”) accepted the retirement notice of Stuart Maier, the Senior Vice President of Geosciences, from his position with the Company, effective as of December 20, 2019. Mr. Maier’s retirement was not due to a dispute or disagreement with the Company.
