Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On October 31, 2019, Gulfport Energy Corporation (“Gulfport”) issued a press release reporting its financial and operational results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2019 and providing an update on its 2019 activities. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
