Other Events

On March 6, 2020, Guardion Health Sciences, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has received total gross proceeds of $3,510,630 during the period from February 28, 2020 through March 3, 2020 from the exercise of 10,265,000 warrants issued in the Company’s October 2019 secondary financing. The warrants had an exercise price of $0.342 per share. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
