On June 28, 2019, Guaranty Federal Bancshares, Inc., the holding company for Guaranty Bank, announced a dividend per common share of $.13 for its second quarter ending June 30, 2019. The dividend will be payable on July 18, 2019 to stockholders of record on July 8, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
