FormFactor, Inc. (NASDAQ: FORM) today announced the Internet availability of its proxy materials for its 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders under the "Notice and Access" rule adopted by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Under the SEC's "Notice and Access" rule, a company can satisfy its proxy materials delivery requirements by delivering a Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials to its stockholders, providing Internet access to its proxy materials, and providing a printed set of its proxy materials by mail to any stockholder who requests them. Under the rule, FormFactor is mailing to its stockholders as of the March 31, 2009 record date a Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials, instead of mailing a printed set of its proxy materials as the company has done for past annual meetings.

FormFactor filed its notice and proxy statement for the 2009 Annual Meeting, and its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 27, 2008 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. FormFactor's proxy materials can be viewed on the Internet web site address set forth in the Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials. The investment community can also view these documents on the Investors section of the company's website at http://investors.formfactor.com. FormFactor's stockholders may obtain a printed copy of FormFactor's proxy materials and its 2008 Annual Report free of charge by following the instructions provided on the company's website or in the Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials.

FormFactor is holding its 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at 3:00 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time, at the company's corporate headquarters, located at 7005 Southfront Road, Livermore, California 94551.
