Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

(a) On April 1, 2020, the Board of Directors of First National Corporation amended Article I (B) and (C) of its Bylaws to allow for a virtual-only meeting of shareholders, effective immediately.

The full text of the Bylaws, as amended to date, is attached as Exhibit 3.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 5.03.
