Explanation of Responses:
(1)	On April 27, 2020, the reporting person was granted 35,000 restricted shares of Escalade under the Escalade, Incorporated 2017 Incentive Plan (Escalade 2017 Plan), subject to the reporting person's continued employment with Escalade. On March 4, 2021, pursuant to a separation agreement with Escalade, 11,667 restricted shares vested, and the remaining 23,333 restricted shares were forfeited, as reported in this Form 4.
(2)	Each Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) represents a right to receive one share of Escalade common stock pursuant to the Escalade 2017 Plan. Shares will be delivered to the reporting person upon vesting of the applicable RSUs, unless the reporting person defers receipt.
(3)	On April 27, 2020, the reporting person was granted 45,669 RSUs under the Escalade 2017 Plan, subject to the reporting person's continued employment with Escalade. On March 4, 2021, pursuant to a separation agreement with Escalade, 15,223 RSUs vested and settled and 30,446 RSUs were forfeited, as reported in this Form 4.
