Explanation of Responses:
(1)	On December 30, 2020, Mr. Griffin received 1,378 shares of Escalade common stock as a gift from his father, Mr. Robert E. Griffin.
(2)	Mr. Griffin disclaims beneficial ownership in shares held by the family limited partnership and by his adult son, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein. All shares held by the family limited partnership are also deemed to be beneficially owned by Mr. Robert E. Griffin, his father, which shares are also included in Mr. Robert E.
