On October 22, 2020, the Registrant announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.34375 per share of Series A Preferred Stock, payable on November
15, 2020 to preferred stockholders of record on November 6, 2020. The text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. Exhibit 99.1 to this report is being “furnished” to the SEC and shall not be
deemed “filed” for any purpose.
