On July 30, 2019, Denny's Corporation issued a press release announcing financial results for the second quarter ended June 26, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

The management of Denny's Corporation (the "Company") will conduct meetings with members of the investment community during August, September and October, 2019.
