As previously reported in its current report on Form 8-K as of May 15, 2020, operations of the registrant have been affected by the outbreak of COVID-19. The registrant has not finalized its financial statements for the quarter ended March 31, 2020. As a result, the registrant is unable to file its Form 10-Q within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. The registrant anticipates that it will file the Form 10-Q within the five-day grace period provided by Exchange Act Rule 12b-25.
