On August 7, 2019, Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial and operating results for the quarter ended June 30, 2019. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated by reference herein.
