Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 24, 2020, Dr. Raju S.K. Chaganti submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Cancer Genetics, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of September 24, 2020. Dr. Chaganti’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
