Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) On October 23, 2020, James Nelson informed the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Caesars Entertainment, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), that he is resigning from the Board effective immediately. Mr. Nelson’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
