Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 19, 2019, after over 14 years of service on the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Builders FirstSource, Inc. (the “Corporation”), Robert C. Griffin retired from his position on the Board for personal reasons. The Board would like to thank Mr. Griffin for his many years of excellent service on the Board and his many contributions to the Corporation.

The Board is currently reviewing options for Mr. Griffin’s replacement on the Board and for filling the vacancies on the Board committees left by his retirement.
