On October 1, 2019, the Company issued a press release announcing it expects to report earnings for the quarter ended September 30, 2019 after the market closes on Thursday, October 24, 2019. The press release also announced that a conference call is planned on Friday, October 25, 2019 at 10:00AM ET. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8‑K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
