On October 12, 2021, Beam Global (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing information regarding backlog of purchase orders and sales pipeline as of September 30, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
