Regulation FD Disclosure

On March 25, 2019, Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. issued a press release that provided a fiscal 2019 second-quarter estimate reflecting unfavorable weather impact and indicated that full year results were expected to meet the lower end of the previously issued guidance range.
