Avita Medical Limited (the “Company”) published market release to the Australian Securities Exchange on April 20, 2020 titled “Avita Medical Announces Intention to Redomicile to the United States of America” (the “Public Notice”). A copy of the Public Notice as well as the Scheme Implementation Agreement related to the proposed redomicile are attached as exhibits to this report on Form 6-K.
