Explanation of Responses:
(1)	The total reported in Column 5 has been adjusted to correct an error in the total holding reflected in a Form 4 filed on September 5, 2018.
(2)	Reflects the transfer of shares held in the name of the reporting person's minor child to JP 2018 Trust, a trust for the benefit of the reporting person's minor child. There was no change in the reporting person's pecuniary interest as a result of such transfer.
