( 3)  The shares are held by the Lisa R. Bradley Revocable Living Trust, of which Lisa R. Bradley, Mr Bradley's spouse, is the trustee.
( 4)  The trust is for the benefit of Mr. Bradley's adult child and Mr. Bradley is co-trustee with his spouse.
( 5)  Mr. Bradley disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities and the filing of this report is not an admission that Mr. Bradley is the beneficial owner of these securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
