Other Events.

American Electric Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:AETI) (the “Company”) today announced that it has received a letter from Nasdaq Listing Qualifications confirming that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
