is introducing 350 indoor self-storage units at its 360 S. Main St.
facility, which the Company acquired in 2017.

Dayton offers a renovated building and new customer
touches at a property that dates to the early 1900s. High-tech
security features and climate-controlled options are packaged at
affordable price points.
More than three years of work went into refurbishing the
building. Further renovation plans call for the creation of 250
additional rooms.
"This building was home to an auto repair and sales facility
until 1985," said Mark Quinn, U-Haul

"After that the facility changed hands many times. It had been
vacant since 2010. U-Haul stepped in to revive the property. We're
