Accenture PLC (ACN) is in exclusive negotiations to buy Cirruseo, a French company specializing in Google Cloud services.

Accenture said the acquisition "would be a significant step forward in our growth strategy in France." The transaction requires prior consultation with the relevant works councils, Accenture said.

Financial terms aren't being disclosed.

Within the last month, Accenture said it was buying Ireland-based consulting and manufacturing services company Enterprise System Partners and New York-based ad agency Droga5.
