Item 7.01		Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 11, 2020, Agilysys, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a $35 million investment from MAK Capital One, LLC, a leading investment management firm that has been a significant shareholder of the Company since 2007. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
