(1)	Represents a warrant held by Shengxin (Shanghai) Management Consulting Limited Partnership ("SMC"), which was inadvertently omitted from Mr. Wang's original Form 3 filing. Mr. Wang is a general partner of SMC and therefore may be deemed to beneficially own the securities held by SMC.
(2)	The warrant became exercisable immediately after the closing of the Issuer's initial public offering, which occurred on November 7, 2017.
