Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) On January 25, 2021, Michael J. Yang resigned from his position as Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer of the registrant. As announced in the registrant’s press release dated January 27, 2021, the resignation is effective January 29, 2021.
