Saint-Gobain Completes Sale of French Business K par K

Compagnie de Saint-Gobain SA (SGO.FR) said Tuesday that it has
completed the sale of its French business K par K because of
limited synergies with the rest of the group.
K par K--which specializes in the door-to-door sale of woodwork
and windows--was sold to two of its managers, the French materials
constructor said, adding that the disposal is in line with its
portfolio optimization strategy.
