Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On May 16, 2022, WidePoint Corporation (the “Company”) conducted a conference call to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2022. A copy of the transcript of such conference call is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. In addition, on May 26, 2022, the Company issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2022.
