| VanEck Bitcoin Strategy ETF (the Fund) seeks capital appreciation. The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, in standardized, cash-settled bitcoin futures contracts (Bitcoin Futures) traded on commodity exchanges registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), such as the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (the CME). The Fund does not invest in bitcoin or other digital assets directly. The Fund seeks to invest in Bitcoin Futures so that the total value of the bitcoin to which the Fund has economic exposure is approximately 100 percent of the total assets of the Fund (the Target Exposure). To the extent that the Funds economic exposure to bitcoin exceeds 100 percent of the net assets of the Fund, the Fund will generally have leveraged exposure to the value of bitcoin. |
